The Minor Works service delivers batched repairs ("Minor Works") to occupied homes and homes where tenants have been temporarily decanted, where work falls outside of the normal scope of the Responsive Repairs service due to size or complexity. The Council is seeking to establish an approved list of contractors to approach to undertake these works. You can apply to join this approved list at any time up to the expiry of this opportunity which expires on the 5th March 2025. Quotations will be requested from the approved contractors. The jobs will be batched with a value of up to £25,000 per batch.
