Midland Hearts Retirement Services consists of 110 schemes spread with a total of 3194 individual properties which are a mix of Composite blocks and bungalows, which includes
General Needs properties,
Care and Support properties,
Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and
Mutual Properties.
The core clients served by this contract are service users who have Warden Call Alarm equipment supplied and monitored over 24 hours per day/365 days per year.
There is a mix of equipment throughout the estate, properties may have the following tele care equipment:
A pull cord in every room and in communal areas such as lounges, corridors, stairwells, laundries and lifts
A system linked to Flood Detectors, Fall Monitors, Wandering Alarms, Door entry systems and to building fire detection systems - listed below
Monitoring, includes monitoring of all Telecom alarms, including communal units, smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors and all other fire detection systems.
