This project entails the delivery of a technical assistance (TA) programme to the City of Cape Town municipal government (CoCT), to support CoCT's integration of digital construction techniques (such as Building Information Modelling (BIM)) into its infrastructure development and delivery. Such integration is a multi-year process, as CoCT's current use of digital construction is limited. This project relates to a first phase of support to be delivered before the end of March 2024, to lay key groundwork for the longer-term process.
