The London Borough of Ealing (Environmental Protection Team) is inviting Contractors to tender to install, commission and implement an independent air quality monitoring programme at The Green Quarter Housing Development (formerly Southall Waterside/Southall Gasworks). Construction began at the site in 2016 and monitoring of emissions and impacts associated with construction activities are being monitored and reported to the Council by the developer, Berkeley West Thames, as part of planning conditions. An independent air quality programme will be in addition to the existing monitoring undertaken by the developer and seeks to provide reassurance to communities impacted by the development.
