LCC seeks a full-service agency that can:
⢠Undertake insight research to understand resident behaviours, attitudes, and motivations and track impact.
⢠Develop a targeted and comprehensive marketing and communications campaign informed by the research findings.
⢠Create campaign creatives, key messages and campaign assets (see section 11)
