The Hounslow Safeguarding Adults Board are seeking an experienced reviewer to conduct an independent Safeguarding Adults Review, in line with the statutory requirements of S44 of the Care Act 2014.
We are looking for a reviewer who has a health and police background and has experience of conducting SARs involving adults with mental health concerns.
