Westminster City Council seeks to engage with suitably qualified contractor to undertake refurbishment works at Millbank Academy.
The works will consist of:
Refurbishment of the current SEN facilities and expand on the existing provisions including external space. The works consist of a 2 single-storey extensions that comprise of 1 room each.
Site visit will take place on the 7th January 2021 - please see the tender documents for further details.
Closing date for the receipt of tenders is midday on Monday 1st February 2021.
