We are looking to commission work to capture and explore in more detail the views of a politically resonant sample of those who live in cities. This should include looking at the challenges they face today, how the urban landscape could be changed to address these challenges, and their aspirations for their area and how cities would need to change to allow these aspirations to be met.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
