Leicester City Council (the Authority) and the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) are recommissioning their Home Care Services, for the population of Leicester.
As part of the commissioning process, the Commissioners would like to undertake a soft market test. This gives potential providers and other stakeholders the opportunity to express their interests and feed in their views. The Commissioners will use the information to appraise options and develop the Service model.
To participate in this Soft Market Testing, for organisations that may be interested, either individually or as part of a consortium, please complete the Soft Market Testing questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found by copying and pasting the following the web link into your web browser:

Commissioners would also like to invite the views of Home Care provider staff. For Home Care provider staff that may be interested, please complete the Home Care provider staff questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found by copying and pasting the following the web link into your web browser:

Home Care Providers are encouraged to pass on the above link to their members of staff who would like to participate.
The questionnaires must be completed and submitted before or no later than 17:00 hours on 18th November 2023.
