Plymouth City Council ('The Council') would like to invite you to provide a tender for the procurement of an integrated service providing safe accommodation and support for adults and children; therapeutic counselling; behaviour change programmes for those who harm and a programme of workforce development and advice.
We are striving for a service that:
⢠Delivers support to anyone experiencing (or impacted by) domestic abuse
⢠Committed to trauma informed practice, prioritises kindness and doing the right thing
⢠Is a passionate advocate for domestic abuse victims / survivors
⢠Committed to collaboration and a strong prevention model focussed on behaviour and cultural change
We are seeking a provider that will:
⢠Be a strategic partner and leader that will be the expert and specialist for Plymouth
⢠Is willing to try new things through a test and learn approach
⢠Be open to forming a partnership arrangement to deliver the service
⢠See themselves as part of a collective response in the city
The anticipated duration of the contract is for 3 years + 3 years + 3 years + 1 year
This tender is for the procurement of the entire service and will not be split into lots as an integrated service is required with one provider, who may partner / collaborate with one of more providers.
