Coaching for GP trainees in targeted strategies to encourage self-reflective and self-directed learning

The PSU requires a provider who can coach GP trainees in targeted strategies to encourage self-reflective and self-directed learning. The ultimate goal of the support is to improve GP trainee pass rates, specifically targeting the AKT and CSA exams.

This support should be delivered by a provider with substantial knowledge of the exam requirements for GP trainees. They will need to also understand the challenges facing GP trainees throughout their training programme both in hospital and practise environments.
