Rate of Pay: £15.78 to £18.00 per hour PAYE (This role falls inside of IR35)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Home working

Start Date: ASAP

Contract type: For 12 weeks but to be extended until 31st March 2022

Brief description:

We are looking for an agency worker who has at least 2 years' experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs to work with a project to reassess and support plan with people with a strengths/asset's-based approach.

Experience of partnership working with providers, families, health professionals, advocates would be welcomed.

An Enhanced Barring Adults DBS is required for this role.
