The scope of the works is limited to removal of roots & base of the removed existing hedge to enable access to the second field of the South Site, ground works (to include the striping, storing and spreading of topsoil, stripping and filling of sub soil and finishing grading works), installation of land drainage system to future sports pitches and associated works (to include the creation of SUDs attenuation ponds, French drain and connection of dry ditch withing retained segment of central hedge), Grass seeding and associated maintenance operations to develop Sport England compliant natural turf sports pitches and establish amenity grass to future open space areas.
