The Bethlem Adolescent Unit (BAU) located at the Bethlem Royal Hospital (BR3 3BX) is an inpatient psychiatric unit for adolescent males and females. It is proposed to convert the games room to create a sensory room; the scope of works will include the division of the room and the fit out of the new sensory room
Works include but are not limited to:
⢠Strip out of existing radiator, ceiling and finishes
⢠Adaptations to existing storage cupboards
⢠Sub-division of the room with stud partitioning and the provision of a new doorset and ceiling to the new sensory room
⢠Supply and installation of new sensory equipment and electrical services
⢠All new decorations and finishes to floors, walls and ceilings
⢠Relocation of the existing radiator to the games room
⢠New decorations to the games room
