The Provision of Wood Supplies for the Training Centre

Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service have a requirement to tender for Oriented Standard Board, to be delivered to our Training Centre in Winsford, Sadler Road, CW7 2FQ.

The wood we require is all untreated to ensure a clean burn, "Oriented Standard Board" in the following sizes:

• 2100mm x 1220mm x 11mm

• 1200mm x 570mm x 11mm

• 1200mm x 470mm x11mm.

The sheets are usually produced in large sheet sizes of 1200mm x 2400mm and are cut down to size, we would want to receive the "off cuts" of the wood and would pay for the full sheet. A typical PO would be for 320 sheets cut to size.

We require an initial one year contract with the option to extend by two further years, in periods of no less than 12 Months.
