North Yorkshire Council Health and Adult Services is reviewing its contract for the provision of a Participation Support Service. The current Participation Support Service was commissioned in April 2019 for a three-year period with a 2-year extension to 30.3.2024. All permitted extensions have now been utilised and North Yorkshire Council is looking to commission a new Participation Support Service from 1st April 2024. As we develop the new service specification for this contract, we would appreciate input from your organisation on the following questions at the end of this document. We would be grateful if you can complete and return the questionnaire which is attached.
