The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust requires a supplier to undertake internal refurbishment works at Cheshunt Ambulance Station

-Internal decorations

-General flooring

-Electrical works

-Replacement of Sanitaryware

-Replacement Kitchen

The gross area is 210m2 part of station

The proposed contract works timescale is January - February 2023.

The Form of Contract for the works will be JCT Minor Works Contract 2016

It is likely the buildings will be partially occupied during the works phase. Commencement will be by agreement with the successful contractor
