Market Engagement
West Northants Council would like, at this stage prior to commencing formal procurement, to seek input from the market as to what the appetite is for undertaking this service and to allow an opportunity to discuss options for the delivery of future provision.
Some of the issues we are seeking input on include:
1. contract length
2. current market
3. payment mechanisms
4. mobilisation periods
Please read the attachment and complete the questionnaire within the attachment, if you are happy to play an early part in helping us undertsand the market prior to starting the tender process.
When we publish this opportunity to the market in late 2024, we will be using our E-Tendering Portal In-Tend and have also attached joining instructions so you can register on this site in readiness.
However if you do not wish to take part in this SMT exercise this will not in anyway preclude you from taking part in the tender exercise in the future.
