GB-Shrewsbury: RMNV 001 - Leadership Development Programme

The Council wishes to procure a service which will provide a Leadership Development Programme.

It will be a modular programme to develop leadership capabilities across the organisation which meet the Organisation Principles:

•Put Shropshire back in the Community

•Consider the impact of our activities on the climate

•Make digital the preferred way to work and transact

•Focus on outcomes for customers

•Make decisions based on current data and intelligence

•Provide value for money

•Operate as a single organisation

•Continuously improve performance

•Empower effective collaborations for positive change

Engage, empower and develop talented people To include the following elements:

•Leadership Styles and Impact

•Effective Performance Management

•Personality Styles/Emotional Intelligence

•Commercial acumen

•The relationship between Leadership and Management

•Anticipating and leading through change

•Human Resource Planning (right people, right skills, right place, right time)

•Valuing diversity and promoting inclusion (i.e. proactive behaviours and practices)

•Recognising and combatting discrimination (i.e. reactive behaviours and practices)

This is a notice for Social and other specific services subject to the light-touch regime Regulations 74 to 77 in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
