1.1 The Supplier shall provide Services as follows:
(a) electoral services and administer governor elections for Surrey and Borders Partnership (SaBP) NHS Foundation Trust
(b) run the annual Trust governor elections to begin at the beginning of October each year for SaBP.
(c) conduct annual general elections and by-elections as required, during the life contract; and
(d) conduct the election in accordance with the Model Election Rules set out in the Trust's constitution (Annex 5 ). No variation on this procedure is allowable as this may affect the validity of the election.
