The works will see the refurbishment of two existing visitor toilets (both within the occupied rear extension building) to create new fully anti-ligature compliant toilets for patient use, one of which will be DDA/Part M compliant.
Works include but are not limited to:
⢠Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes
⢠Supply and installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fittings and controls
⢠All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings
⢠Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract
⢠All associated commissioning and NHS water hygiene works as specified on completion
