Description

Dudley MBC is looking to procure Transitional Support and Accommodation based service for young people age 16 to 25. The aim is to create, extend and further develop a seamless service in relation to supporting the needs of the most vulnerable young people i.e. those that are identified via Childrens Services, Early Help Services and Housing etc, transitioning to independent living or those that require additional help and support during their early adult years.
