This is a closed (direct award) tender within Lot 6 of Jisc's Resarch and Development Framework. The requirement is for Jisc Services Limited to find out how the institutional users (typically librarians) perceive the IRUS, JSUP and LSM services, what they like about them and what problems they encounter when using them.
