The Council has been appointed as the agent for the householder at the address to be approved. In our role as agent, we (the Council) are designing and specifying the work, appointing a Contractor to carry out the work, and making payments for the work. This contract is for disability adaptation works to be carried out at the householder's address.
This contract has been put on hold due to the householder needing an unforeseen assessment which could mean that the works won't be required. If the works are required, the contract will be signed with the previously awarded supplier.
