SCH would like to invite submissions for the Service and maintenance of communal digital aerial systems. The works shall consist of the annual Planned Preventative Maintenance, and the day-to-day responsive repair of Communal Aerials.
The proposed term of the Contract will be for an initial 3-year period, with an option to extend this period by up to a further two 12 month periods which will be subject to satisfactory performance. The contract will commence on 1st April 2022, initially ending following the 3-year period on 30th April 2025.
Additional information: Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which was set up on 1 April 2004 to manage the housing stock owned by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. SCH delivers landlord services on behalf of the Council under a management agreement which was re-negotiated in 2014.
