The NMC is intending through this procurement process to enter into a contract with a recruitment agency, which shall provide a selection and appointment process to enable us to undertake a values based recruitment campaign to recruit 75-150 panel members to be appointed to serve on our Practice Committees by July 2021. The two key objectives of this recruitment process are:
o that we attract wide interest from a diverse range of people who are suitable for appointment; and o that in addition to lay and registered nurse and midwife applicants, we are also able to attract suitable candidates who practise as nursing associates.
