The Knights Templar School is seeking a management partner for The Knights Templar Sports Centre, a joint use facility based at The Knights Templar School, Baldock. The facilities include a 4-court sports hall, 41-station fitness gym, exercise studio, 3G artificial turf pitch (floodlit) and 3 grass football pitches.
The contract commences in April 2025 and is for 9 years with an option to extend for two additional periods of up to 5 years. The total possible contract duration, including extension provisions will be 19 years. The procurement will be based on a lean single staged process.
