The Works comprise the submission of a Stage 1 lump sum tender for developing and completing the project design in full (to construction status), along with undertaking all other associated pre-construction services (i.e. liaising withal relevant authorities) to ensure that all of the necessary approvals are in place to proceed with all proposed site works.
