CE-253-26/G25206 - Girvan Academy Music Department Refurbishment

The Works comprise: alterations and refurbishment works of music department and include associated demolition works, asbestos removal, M&E, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new partitions, doors, fitted furniture, re-decoration, replacement of first floor structural beam.

The majority of the works are located on the first floor however there are various works in other locations e.g. on the ground floor works include suspended ceilings, replacement of structural beam, M&E, painterwork etc.
