Design of Three Playgrounds

The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking an experienced provider to deliver the following:

• Complete design process from RIBA 1-4 for all three playgrounds, with a full proposal / RIBA 4 report for the release of construction funding at the end of stage 4.
• Contract Administration services through to RIBA 6.

Beaversfield Park is a medium-sized park in the centre of the borough (TW4 7JQ).

Bear Road is a small park in Feltham (TW13 6RA), there is currently a playground on site, but it requires significant refresh.

Crane Park is a large riverside park in Feltham (TW13 5QX).
