The consultancy will include diagnostic review activity, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning support and the development of recommendations, frameworks and implementation plans. Key outputs will include recommendations relating to the Children's Services Vision and Strategic Priorities, Sufficiency Plan, Practice Framework and Children's Social Care service improvement planning.
Leadership development activity forms part of the delivery approach and supports the achievement of the agreed consultancy outputs and recommendations.
