Tender for the Contract for the Provision of a mild to moderate perinatal mental health and parent-infant relationship support service

Hartlepool Borough Council (the Council) is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified Providers to deliver a perinatal infant mental health support service to Hartlepool parents with mild to moderate mental health needs, or who are vulnerable to perinatal infant mental health issues. Families will be supported on an individual and group basis from pre-birth through to their child's second birthday.
