West Links Facilities Concession, Arbroath – Preliminary Market Engagement

Angus Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to assess potential interest in the future management and operation of the West Links Facilities in Arbroath.

The facilities include the pavilion, mini cars and track, crazy golf, footgolf, public toilets and tennis courts.

The purpose of this exercise is to gather market feedback to inform the Council's consideration of future concession arrangements.
