Redecoration to the communal areas as required and part communal lounge
New carpet to the communal areas and communal lounge
New furniture to the communal lounge
New seating to garden area, lighting and garden area refresh
Privacy film on windows to the communal lounge
Renewal of side gate
Refurbishment of communal areas internally and externally to deliver cosmetic and aesthetic improvements for the tenants, visitors and staff of the scheme.
This is a one-off project for the refurbishment of Bradgate Flats Communal Areas.
