Peterborough City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to undertake a cemetery site feasibility assessment and strategic search for alternative cemetery sites within the Peterborough area.
The commission comprises two mandatory workstreams:
A detailed geo-environmental, geological, hydrogeological, planning and deliverability assessment of a nominated site; and a comprehensive search, screening and comparative appraisal of alternative sites capable of meeting the Council's future burial needs.
