Hightown Housing Association Ltd (Hightown) is seeking to appoint an external auditor for the audit for the financial year ending 31 March 2022 and annually thereafter for the duration of the contract. We envisage commencement of a contract from around November 2021. The appointment will be for an initial period of five years and may be extended for a further two years by annual agreement. Performance under the contract will be reviewed annually by the Risk & Audit Committee who advise the Board on external audit issues.
