EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCITON OF A NEW COMMUNITY HUB
East Cowes Town Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to tender for the construction of a new Community Hub building adjacent to the existing Town Hall in York Avenue, East Cowes. The proposed building is a single storey structure with a gross internal area of approximately 160m² and will provide library space with reception and refreshment area, a meeting room, office space and unisex disabled toilets. The scheme includes the demolition of the existing annexe building. Planning permission has been granted (LPA Ref No: 19/01595/FUL).
Estimated contract value = £360,000
