Knowsley MBC (The Council) are looking for a Service Provider to deliver a service to the residential and business community through engagement, education and enforcement which will deter environmental crime and show a reduction in Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) offences and littering. To deliver a cost neutral service for the Council with an agreed income share between the Service Provider and the Council across the service. The Council reserves the right to expand the scope of the services across two optional areas.
Contract Period: 1st August 2022 to 31st July 2024, with the option to extend for an additional 3 years (1+1+1) (Concession Contract (Regulations 2016)
