Education Leadership Programme

Leadership Programme:

• SPFT (Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust) to purchase 500 individual licences for the PM programme

• SPFT will be able to allocate any number of people (up to 500) at any time to complete the PM Programme during the life of the contract.

• Each licence will be valid for 12 months after enrolment and all 500 licenses will expire at the end of the 5 year contract. Any licences initiated in the final year will therefore only be valid for the months remaining on the contract.

• The Supplier will create a sub account for SPFT and allocate 500 places on the programme.

• Each licence will be activated as soon as their details have been added to the sub-account and numbers will be tracked via the LMS (Learning Management System)

• Tracking will be done quarterly and in cohorts although this may need to be done more often to cover new starters etc.

• There will be no uplift in costs over the life of the contract except for additional licences, if required.

• Any additional places purchased over the 500 in year 4 would also get 12 months to complete from enrolment (subject to a contract extension)

• Supplier will continue to provide individual usage data during any extended contract period

• The LMS annual costs for the life of the contract will be covered as a whole contract and not individually per person.
