North Tyneside Council are currently reviewing our Housing Management, Asset Management, and Works Management services. This review also covers our requirements relating to the management of an internal stores solution. Works Management The solution should allow the business to undertake all activity and workflows relating to its repairs and maintenance and construction services. Where possible it should be possible to make relevant functionality available to customers through a customer portal.
