The Provider will be required to deliver services in accordance with the 'Healthy Child Programme'. The service will deliver:\r
ââ¬Â¢ 0 - 5 yrs health visiting service including a specialist pathway for vulnerable families\r
ââ¬Â¢ 5 - 19 yrs school nursing service, vision and hearing screening, the National Child Measurement Programme \r
ââ¬Â¢ Tier 2 weight management pathway and provision for primary school aged children\r
ââ¬Â¢ Health Start vitamins\r

The successful provider must be innovative, flexible, responsive, forward thinking, adaptable, and a leader in the field. \r
