Onward Homes Limited ('the Group') is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced service providers to carry out estate agency services in each of our regions; Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
The service will include preparing EPC's where required, introducing buyers, undertaking viewings and sales progression through to practical completion.
We intend to split the regions into two lots, these lots will be let for 24 months initially with an option for a further 24.
We anticipate the annual demand to be as follows:
LOT 1 - Merseyside & Cheshire West c.50-60 properties.
LOT 2 - Greater Manchester, Cheshire East and Lancashire c.20 - 30 properties Lancashire
The purpose of this tender process is to select suppliers for these services.
