The works are to refurbish the interior of an existing sports pavilion to create:

2 team and 1 officials changing rooms
2 public disabled toilets
a club room with toilets and
a tennis club room

There works include:

some internal demolition
new partitions
overboarding ceilings
new internal insulation and wall linings (in part)
new electrical installation - power, lighting, emergency lighting,
new heating from air source heat pumps
new toilets and showers including cubicles
some new glazing with shutters
decoration
some external hard landscaping
the work will be carried out in phases as the building will remain partly operational
