Northumbria University is committed to a carbon reduction and our current fleet no longer meets the required specification to fall in line with the university's strategic objectives in respect of carbon neutrality. Because of this, documents have been submitted and approved for the upgrade of the university fleet. Phase one includes removing two smaller diesel vans replacing them with clean electric vehicles.
