Lot 1. Construction Project Management
The requirement for this lot will include: Whole Project Management (end-to-end) including Design Team Management, NEC3 and NEC4 Contract Administration (consultant and contractor), Client Reporting, Property Reconfigurations and Structural Enhancements. Lot 4. Cost Management & CDM Principle Designer Services
The requirement will include: Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Cost Control, Market Intelligence, Market Engagement and CDM Principle Designer services.
