The Council has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for print and fulfilment services. The DPS will remain open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to allow additional Suppliers to be admitted to the DPS.
The DPS comprises the following categories:
Category 1 - Printing and Fulfilment Services
Category 2 - Printing of Council News Magazine and Other Related Articles
Category 3 - General Print
Category 4 - Large Format Print
Category 5 - Promotional Print
The purpose of the DPS is to meet the Council's requirements for printing and fulfilment work that cannot be fulfilled by its internal multi-functional devices.
Suppliers who are admitted to the DPS will be invited to respond to tenders, as and when they are issued by the Council.
