Event Management Company Services - Algeria

The British Council Algeria is seeking to sign a Framework Agreement with an Event Management Company in Algeria to provide meetings and event management services for the Algeria office to support the activities for all British Council departments. The agreement should cover the following services for British Council employees and visitors.

Scope of work for Event Management Company:

• Accommodation and Transportation Booking: the supplier will be responsible for arranging accommodation and transportation for staff members as per their requirements and preferences.
• Event Management Support: the supplier will assist in coordinating and managing various events related to all SBUs, including seminars, conferences, meetings, congresses, and other gatherings.
• Hotel Reservations: Handling reservations for hotel rooms, ensuring suitable accommodations for staff members.
• Private Vehicle Transportation: organising transportation via private vehicles, including rentals for short and long-term durations, with or without drivers as needed.
• Event Organisation: coordination and management of seminars, conferences, meetings, and registrations.
• Hostess Services: provision of hostesses for reception and assistance during events or other activities as required.
• Technical Office Rental: facilitation of office space rental for technical purposes as needed.
• The supplier must ensure that venues and hotels meet the British Council required standards.
