The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS). The successful provider will provide a contract covering maintenance and service for the BMS in accordance with BSRIA BG4/2003 guidance and manufacturer's recommendations to the HVAC Control Panels, hardware & software.
The College has varied BMS across the estate consisting of Siemens, Cylon and Tridium systems.
