Brief Description of Requirement
This research will examine compliance with, and enforcement of, minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES) in the private rented sector (PRS) across local authorities in England and Wales. It will identify current enforcement activity, key barriers and enablers, and the types of support that could help improve consistency, confidence and effectiveness in local authority practice
