This Contract is to provide a comprehensive materials supply and waste management service in support of Magenta Living's responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance, investment programmes and Environmental Services
1 April 2027 – 31 March 2032 · may extend to 31 March 2037
Extension option
Magenta Living will determine whether to extend the Contract based on the needs of its business, service delivery requirements and the performance of the Service Provider.
Following the initial 5 year period, Magenta Living reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Contract for up to 5 years on a 2+2+1 basis i.e.
• First extension period: 01/04/2032 - 31/03/2034 (2yrs)
• Second extension period: 01/04/3034 - 31/03/2036 (2yrs)
• Third extension period: 01/04/2036 - 31/03/2037 (1yr)
